I'm sure this has been address a million times, but apparently I don't know the correct terms to search for to get help with this. So here it goes.

I have 2 tables WOStatus and KitStatus. These are updated by users, and when they create a new record the table is automatically updated with their user name and a date/time stamp. Both of these tables have fields that refer to the WO number, the user, and the time stamp.

I am ultimately trying to create a report that summarizes all transactions related to a particular WO number and have them be in chronological order based on the date/time stamp.

I suspect this will require 1 or more queries, but I don't know where to begin.

Any help would be appreciated.

How are these two tables connected?
Can you show me some sample data?

It could be something like this:

Select WO_Number, WO_Date from WOStatus Order by WO_Date

I expect(hope) this is not the answer you are looking for.

Thank you for the reply. The two tables are connected through the main table of tblWOOrders.

I've included a picture of the relationships table as it stands right now, and a picture of tblWOstatus.

Does this help?
