Combo Box Drill Down

I'm so frustrated. Simply do not understand how to get my combo boxes to do a drill down showing different levels of an organization. Managed to do the first 2 levels on the form, but can't get the others to work. I figured if I could get the 3rd one to work, the rest would be easy.

Please help. Have read many things on this from other sites and I don't understand the code enough to do this. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I attached my database right after I sent the first message. I need something that when the user selects a organization group from the first combo box, the next box will break that down further, and so on. I have around 5 levels overall, but got stuck on the 3rd one.

Here is a modified copy of your database. The combo boxes are now working as you described.

Notice the Row Source, Column Widths and Column Count properties of the combo boxes.

Also take a look at the macros associated with the AfterUpdate event of each of the first three combo boxes.

Hopefully you will now be able to add the fifth combo box and have it populated when a value is selected from the fourth combo box.
