Combo box from field list

Ok, I asked for advice on the combo box. I have used it successfully for those titles reflected in the "field list" box. However, I have a new field I want to add "regional division" (this should have about 8 listed). I don't know how to get that one going. I copied it from another field with a list box, but it keeps inserting the selection in the wrong box because it was a "copied" version. How do I create a field to get in the 'Field List'?

To prevent filling up the room with my questions, I thought I'd add it down here. haha. I want one of the fields on my form to be "text". And because I created it without the wizard, I need to tell it to accept letters. It keeps warning me that I'm entering text in a numeric field.
Any help would be appreciated.
