combo box\list box enabling

Hello: I have a crazy problem. I have been trying to put a simple combo or list box on a form that pulls the 12 months from a table. So....my problem is...I can see the months alright, but...I can't select. I have this problem with both the combo and the list. Is there some kind of form setting I need to change or some property?

thanks for any help you can give. Hopefully there is a simple solution. A few years ago I did a lot of vb programming with access, but am a little rusty...

cannot select the list? check the enabled and locked properties....

is enabled, and is not locked...

Thanks for your post. I've tried both the list and the combo pulling data from a simple table of months and typing in the twelve months. In both cases, I can't select a month.

When you say form's recordsource, do you mean the recordsource for the combobox? Or do you mean something else?
