Combo Box number of rows listed varies

I'm using a combo box filled by a query that uses other text box info in its selection criteria. My problem is that each time the form is opened the number of rows listed varies, and shouldn't. The longest list is only 150. Can someone tell me why this is happening. Thanks.

I am using Acc2k and have had no problem by setting the List Row property in the format section for the combobox to the number of rows to display ... let us know if this helps.
