Combo Box Question

I have a subform that lists all companies associated with and individual. On that form it has a combo box that displays the type of relation ship. The problem is that their are a couple of different categories of these types. I want the combo to display the type, but when they go in the box to change it, only display the types for that category.

The categories are determined by the type field.
EMP = Employee which I use to track employment

P, S, T = Contact level, for contact tracking. Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary
