combo box to verify with last entry and display other options than the last entry

Hi,
I am working on creating an access database for tracking physical assets linked to locations. I need to make a combo box list to show items other than the current location of the asset. Basically I need it to refer to last enery of the user and define the new possible entries. so we have a unique relationship between location and asset. The assets and location will always remain fixed and there is never going to be any addition. I am creating a web form so that it can be uploaded into sharepoint. I dont have much experince in access program would appreciate any help on this matter in very basic steps

When you write "a unique relationship between location and asset" this indicates a one to one relationship between them so one location has only one asset (as well as the asset being in one location). Is that the case?

I have a combo box that displays the location of the assets in a drop down menu. The location (w1,w2,w3,w4,w5). The assets are (g1,g2,g3,g4). If I have selected location w1= asset g1 in my last entry. I would like the combo box to show me only choices location(w2,w3,w4,w5) for the other same asset g1 when I go to fill up the new record. I cannot make a one to relationship since location w1 can also house assets g2,,g3,g4. But one asset can only be at one location at any given point of time.

It might be very clear to you, but this is confusing to me.

Is g1 an asset or an asset type?

Perhaps you should post the structure of the main tables showing the main fields.
