Combo Box Trouble Again

I have a couple of combo boxes on a simple form showing field from 1 table. On a couple of fields I have setup combo boxes with my own list of possible vales. An example is gender. The poss values are male or female. Now when I enter the form and fill out a record, selecting male or female it seems to be working fine. But when I leave the form and then go back into it the selected value in the combo box is no longer selected, it is just blank. How do you make it 'store' it, so to speak?

It sounds as you correctly say that the value is not being stored in your table. Make sure that the control source of the comboBox is not blank and is set to the field that you want to store that value in.
