How to Create Combo Box with 6 scanned signatures

I have 2773 equipment records, a form for each and each equipment needs to tested annaully. I use the form to update Test Date and Tester. Tester may change for each equipment. I need either a Combo box with 6 different scanned signatures or an image box that changes based on a combo box I already have that contains the Tester's initials. Please help....:banghead: Not familiar with Code so if I can get a sample DB or step by step instructions, I would be extremely grateful.

The sample here may give you some pointers as to how to approach your signature requirement.

Also did I understand you correctly in that you have a form for each of your 2773 pieces of equipment (ie 2773 forms)
