combo boxes??

Hello all. I have four crews and a huge list of employees. Each employee belongs to a crew. I want to use two combo boxes. The first will allow me to choose a particular crew, and the second will allow me to choose an employee on that crew. My problem is with the second combo box. How do I get it to display only the employees that belong to the crew chosen in the first box? I am a beginner, so I apologize if this is a waste of your time. Thanks for any help.

Set the Record Source of the second ComboBox to filter on the contents of the first ComboBox. See the form f_Crews in the attached for an example.

Look at the t_Crews table to see how I set up a fake Crew/Employee table for you. Then look at the code behind cboCrews_Change to see how to change the Employee drop-down data in tandem with the Crew.

Hi,
the file combos.zip give me some rough idea abt how t_Crews table is designed. i tried to modify the t_Crews table into a different application to have "Year","Month","Day"...however the table becomes to long and troublesome...ended up will have a long record.

how shall i create an something that allow user to input datas daily, compute datas and store datas. the datas will be stored and be able to display for reference. ( refer to attachment)
