Combo in form header of continuous form

Hope someone can help with a problem that i cant seem to find a solution too.

I have a continuous form for adding products for a certain supplier to a table.(sounds easy)

I have a combo box in the form header which is used for selecting the supplier(this works).

Once i select the supplier from the combo it put the focus to the part no text field of the main part of the form.(again this works).

Now the problem, once i have entered the part no, description and price and it moves to the next line the combo box loses its value so i have to reselect the supplier.

Is there any way to keep the combo box value the same.
