combo/reports issues

Hello again,

I have a form which has two combo boxes, each containing two values. I would like to link the 1st value in combo one to the 1st value in combo two, and the same with the 2nd values in each combo. There is no other combination of fields.
At the moment, users of the DB have to select each value independently, and I'm getting some errors coming through on reports.
Any ideas anyone?

One other thing, when the user selects a certain value from the combo box, I would like a text box to appear on my report. Is this possible?? I don't want the text box to be there all of the time....

I'm not sure if I get what you mean,

Do yo have a form with two combo boxes and each of them have two values taken from two different columns?

Combo 1: value A1 - value B1
Combo 2: value A2 - value B2

You want to link A1 with A2? What I don't really get is how come that you have two values in a same combo.
