ComboBox default to current DOW

I have a combobox called cboShipDay that has the days of the week (M-F). I need it to default (highlight) to the current day of the week. How can I do this?

This thread could get a little involved but I would think you really need a date rather than a day of the week. Have you thought of using a calendar instead? Jeff has collected a ton of links for them on his web site. http://home.bendbroadband.com/conradsystems/accessjunkie/calendars.html
Any date can easily be converted to a day of the week of that is what you want.
