combobox ->listbox->another form

Help would be greatly appreciated. I have a combobox which feeds the listbox, when selected the listbox opens another form, frmResults. Problem is the frmResults always opens the first record, not the correct record.

Does anyone know of a similar db? combobox ->listbox -> form
Seems like it should be an easy fix but.....

the listbox (named cboSpec2), rowsource is SELECT tblExercise.exercisename, tblExercise.IDexercisename, tblExercise.idMuscleGroup FROM tblExercise WHERE (((tblExercise.idMuscleGroup)=[Forms]![frmExerciseSelector]![cbomusclegroup])) ORDER BY tblExercise.IDexercisename;

the afterupdate code is: DoCmd.OpenForm "frmresults", acNormal, cboSpec2.Value

the frmresults rowsource is: SELECT tblExercise.idMuscleGroup, tblExercise.IDexercisename, tblExercise.exercisename, tblExercise.Instructions, tblExercise.Equipment, tblExercise.advinstructions, tblExercise.ImagePath FROM tblExercise WHERE (((tblExercise.idMuscleGroup)=[Forms]![frmExerciseSelector]![cbomusclegroup]));
