Combobox search for form

Hello

I have very little knowledge of Access (2007), but am trying to add a Combobox to a form with the Combobox wizard, to allow easy search of DB records by making a selection from the CB list.
I am able to display the required field in the CB drop down list but the form fields do not change when I make a selection in box. It seems the box isnt bound to anything (nothing in the Control Source property) just using the generated settings from the Combobox Wizard.

Any ideas much appreciated.

This can be done in about a minute using the Combobox Wizard. I answered a very similar question elsewhere, today:
