Command Button Links

I need help with command buttons. When i have info in the form "Customers", I have a button to link to another form "Home Info". How can I link these two so that when I push this command button, it brings up the information I have entered for that specific customer???? HELP!

You can use this command:

DoCmd.OpenForm "Home Info", , ,"[Name of textbox in Home Info that links with Customers]=Forms!Customers![Name of textbox in Customers that links]"

Hopefully that's not too confusing.
