Command Button Marco on Form

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create a marco that will bring me to my form that is sorted by only the ones pending completion. I have a request form that upon front end opening it is automatically assigned pending status. My goal is to have a buttom either on the switchboard or form that will only show the ones pending when the back end user is completing the task. I know the long way to do this but was wondering if there is a marco i can use to make it only one click of the mouse? Thanks

Any suggestions or is there a better way to go out than a marco?

You question is a little unclear. What do you mean by back end user? You shouldn't have any users in the back end just the front end. You could add criteria to the forms record source to only show Pending records.

Thanks for the reply Keith. Sorry about using the wrong lingo for the confusion i was using the terms we use hear at work for the process of the database. Nonetheless, can you explain were in the record source i can do this? Thanks again.
