Command button question

How come on one of my command buttons it places a white border box around the control? I have the 'back style' to transparent, but this white box still shows up on my command button. However, none of my other commands have this white border box. All of the properties look to be thee same...didn't see anything different on 1st glance.

In this case, showing us a screenshot would be make more sense so we can see what you are seeing.

First thing I'd do is delete the button and re-create it. It's simple enough to do, and Controls can and do become corrupt, from time to time.

It would appear that the Command Button named 'New Transaction' currently has the Focus; that's how Access lets you know that it does! I suspect that if you Tab to another Control the 'white border' will disappear!
