Command Button!

I am just trying to put a simple command button on a form to open another form with the relationship of CustomerID. I get this message when I push on the button:

The Expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: Ambiguous name detected: Set_Info_Click.

*The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
*There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro.

I need help! Can anyone give this to me in layman's terms??

Well, what do you have on the Properties page for the OnClick event? A Macro ... Code? If a Macro, does the name match up to a Macro that you have under the Macros tab?
