In the MSDN Library, Microsoft states the following:

Specify the /runtime option on all command lines that you use to start your application. This forces your application to open in the run-time environment, even if a user has full Microsoft Access on their machine.

Where and what can I add the /runtime option in the Package and Deployment Wizard 2000?
