Hi All,
Its my first time posting for help but I have taken over a database at work and the first time I'm using Access. I have made alot of changes to it and they all work other than one. When I click the button to add a new entry I have to enter the date before it give the new entry a number. It wont let me enter a date and in the bottom left hand corner the error comes up:
The value cannot be added to this new row until the row has been committed. Commit the row first, and then try adding the value
Can anyone tell me what is wrong or how I can fix this please? I cant post a screen shot or the code itself yet until I reach 10 posts
