compare the amount diff in records

I am creating a weight loss tracking database. What I need is to create a query that shows the differences in the various areas: weight, body fat & muscle mass from the first weigh in to the most recent weigh in. There are only two tables: one that holds the participants' names and one that holds the weigh in figures. Thanks
