Compare two lists

I have two list's of names. I'm able to run a query to find the matches but the ones that don't match i also need to id?
For ex. List a has 200 names List b has 130 names, how can i find the 70 names that don't match?

Access has an unmatched query wizard, try running that first.

If you go into Queries, click NEW, one of the options is a unmatched query wizard.

You need to use an Outer Join instead of an Inner Join on the tables.
