compile error

Does anybody have any idea what this may mean? "Compile error. can't find project or library."

This function is supposed to launch emails from outlook. Thanks

I'll try it and let you know. I fixed this problem on 1 computer last week. I believe you helped me with that one too. Now it's doing it again on another computer, only with this new error I posted about. So, I'll try to fix this other machine too.
