complex report

Dear all,

I am making project forecast report. For example I have budget amount and project completion date. Let's say My budget is $2,000,000 and project completion date is 30 Aug 2007.

When I get some expenses report from site that on such date we hired number of labours and cost that much. For example I entered transaction of 14 July 2007, 21 July 2007 & 28 July 2007. So mean I entered only three transactions. What I am looking for is When i take print out, I should get:

14/07/2007 (my transaction)
21/07/2007 (my transaction)
28/07/2007 (my transaction)
04/07/2007 (last date + 7)
11/07/2007 (last date + 7)
18/07/2007 (last date + 7)
25/07/2007 (last date + 7)

First 3 dates are entered and then four dates should generated.

I have made this report in excel but wants in access now. Please have a look my attached jpg.

Even any hint would be much appreciated.
