Compute Reorder Qty

I’m new (only 4 days) to Access, but have been able to create an inventory database, input forms, and reports. I want a report to print “Reorder Qty” based on criteria (Maximum Qty) minus (Current Qty).Could someone PLEASE tell me how to accomplish this.

Without see your table structures, it will be very difficult to make any suggetions.

Please provide more detail about your tables.

I tried to use "Attach Files" and keep getting this:

What you've just tried to upload is a 2007 Excel spreadsheet. Maybe you want to upload the accdb instead Zip, upload and post.
