Conditional Formatting in Excel 2010 - Urgent Help

Dear All,

I would require a urgent help on conditional formatting in one of my report but i do not know how to do it.

Attaching word file is the steps i want to perform in the excel report.

I need to perform the review checkpoints step by step. If any condition does not satisfy, the ‘incorrect’ or ‘should be’ column can be highlighted in Red along with the column A.
