Conditional Formatting Report text box

First off, this website is awesome and have found some very useful information for my project in the making. I have a report that will grey out a record on a report based on any selection from a Combo Box [Hide]. I was wondering how to have a text box on a report change after all records are greyed out using conditional formatting? Thank you.
