I'm trying to set up a conditional formatting for the quantities. So if Cell E7 had BLANK and the date in K7 is <= today() and qty in K7 is <> 0 then color the cell RED.

If Cell E7 had BLANK and the date in K7 is = today() and qty in K7 <> 0 then color the cell YELLOW.

If Cell E7 had BLANK and the date in K7 is > today() and qty in K7 <> 0 then color the cell GREEN.

I've attached the spreadsheet for easier reading. Appreciate any help I can get on this.
