I am really confused (not really) Who do the people in SS think there boss, is. Surely they don't think they have to answer to anybody. Surely they believe a government for the people, by the people. I hate being so simple minded/

Sorry my sarcasm didn’t come across like I mean it too. Not having any trouble with Social security. My point was they don’t want Trump to look at their books, then evidently, they think they don’t need to answer too anybody.

At some point if they get to audit the books, some payouts to deadbeats (including the LITERALLY dead deadbeats) are going to stop. And whoever pocketed that money before will have to face some grim folks with badges looking for payback of the fraudulently accepted payments.

See Doc, by you own statement "IF". How can there even be an IF. How did we get to the place that the the boss that owns a company is told by his bookkeep no boss get out of my office, your not looking where I spend your money. Face "Grim Folks" as I read that I could hear the Clintons, the Bidens, and etc. etc. etc., falling down with laughter.

Trump has enough time to weed out some of that. How far he can get? Who knows! I sure don't. But SOMEONE has to make the effort.

What I don't get is why judges think that they can prevent lawful employees from accessing the data necessary to do their jobs. Maybe Trump should use the Stalinist method of changing DOGE's name so it means something totally irrelevant so the Dems won't be able to object to them. Who thinks that "minor attracted persons" could possibly ever do anything bad?
