I’m not sure if this can be done in a query but here goes!
I have two tables:
Table1
Name
Address
City
Table 2
Address
County
Hub
Post via
I then joined both these tables into one query.
Query1
Name
Address
City
County
Hub
Post via
When a person enters information in the city field it matches the county field. Both fields are identical.
Once you enter the county it shows you the postal hub it will be sent to. The problem is as follows:
Some addresses could be the same; street 1 could appear 3 times in the database but it will appear only once in each county.
I am trying to set it up so that when you enter the city it will automatically filter the records in county to match the records in the City field.
Hope I am making sense.
