Contional formatting based on date - datasheet forms

Hi,

I am trying to highlight all cell with dates before today.

I tried putting =TODAY() in the expression builder, but that didn't work.

Appreciate the help.

Today() doesn't exist in Access. Use Date(). Don't use = sign.
