ControlTip Text, some don't show up

I have in a form 8 command buttons, all have ControlTip Text. 4 of them show Contol Tips when mouse stays over the button, others don't. Anybdy have any idea why this happens?

Hi Tony,

Yes, I had created new buttons and they work fine, for the time being. But now one more of the old buttons has the Control Tip "disabled". I have been modifying my mdb file but don't know what I did could disable the Control Tip. I tried restarting Access, Windows, and re-build the mde file, but those buttons still have their Control Tip disabled. I really wish to know how to avoid this thing happen again.

It looks like my system is not stable. (Access 2000 with Windows 2000 SP4). One form has a bound text box show a lot of decimal places when the format is set to Currency. And in some queries the summed fields return numbers with many decimal places too, but, EXCEPT those numbers which end with .0, .5, .25, .75.
