controltip text too slow to appear (1 Viewer)

I have just built a new form (Access2007) and added some Controltip Text to
some of the buttons and other controls, however it takes several seconds for
the text to appear - much slower than some other forms that use the same feature.
Is there any way to improve the speed of these?

Yeah it is random like that.

Bit of a pain isn't it?

I have seen workarounds using the MouseMove event procedure.
