Hello again, and thank you for all the help.

I have Convened my Access 2002 database to SQL Server 2003 database, and the problem that I am having, when I go to tables then customer files then open, and try to update a field ( Text ) in SQL , I can not, can someone explain to me what can I do.

Johnny C,

Unlike Access, SQL Server can not update a table without a Primary Key.

From the SQL Server side, either define one (or more) of your fields as
the primary key.

Or add an identity field, but you'll have to bring that new field along
if you have forms that want to update the data.

Johnny,

Glad to here that all is OK. What did you change?

Did you use existing Primary Keys or move to an Identity field?

Wayne

Yes it was the Primary Keys and I was beating up myself for 4 days off and on. Again Thank You For The Help..
