convert a yes no field to excel in order to import to new access table

I am trying to export a table to excel from access 2003 db [but using 2007]-- a lot of the fields are ck boxes on the form, or yes/no fields. WHen I export them, they become true false. this is a prob though when i try to import them into a new db, says wrong data type.....its a query in the old db, and i need it to be a table in the new, so i dont think i can import thru access. {when i tried it imported it as a query]. Any ideas?

If you are trying to put this in another Access database, just import or export it in. Not sure what steps you tried to do it, so perhaps some description of what you tried is in order.
