Convert Access Reports into PDF files?

Can anyone advise me if it is possible to convert the displayed Access Reports into distributable PDF files & if so what software tools are required & problems I may encounter?

I don't know if Access supports it or not, but you wwould definitely need a copy of Adobe Acrobat (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/main.html) to create the PDF. Usually costs $75-$200 depending on where you're purchasing it form and what you're purchasing it for (i.e. corporation, educational institution, etc.)

You need a copy of Adobe Acrobat 4.0 (writer, not reader). Then it's as easy as just choosing Adobe Acrobat as the printer. This in turn just converts the report to a .pdf file and saves in where you choose.

There is another way, that costs less money & less headache. Emailing MS_Access Reports can be easily done with Snapshot Viewer 9.0 found at the main Microsoft site. Take a look I think you'll like it
