convert form to report

My form doesn't print keeping distinct pages for rows of data, rather the form header seems to move down the page from one form to the next and gradually my data is half on one page and half on the next. Is it better to print as a report? how to convert form to report then is question? I tried setting the body section properties to seperate pages.

Yes it is better to print from a report. All you need to do is create a new report and use the wizard to take the data you need from either a table or query.

You can also save the form as a report
