Convert Report

Hello,

I actually have a 2 part question...

How do I cause a report button on my form to open a report of the current record only?

And how can I have the report automatically be converted/saved/displayed in .pdf rather than displaying in Access format?

I can answer your first question.

In the query for your report, have the ID field pull from the loaded form, in the criteria section for that field (of the QBE) bring up the builder, on the left bottom box, click forms, loaded forms, then your form that will be opened to the record you want to display. Then the fields on that form will be in the middle bottom box. find your control name and double click it. Save your query, and then when the button opens the report the report will open to the record on your form.
