Convert Row to Forum View

Is there a way to convert a row to a forum view as you can if Access?

Not quite sure what you mean here.

I meant to say Form View. I know in the old Visual dBase the Key was F2. When you hit F2 it changed from the database view, to a Column View to a Form View. Each is just a different way of view that specific record. It's nice when the row is really long and you would like to see all the data in the record.
