I have a form within Access 97 that has address details. For Example,

Add1 Field
Add2 Field
Add3 Field
Add4 Field
Postcode Field

What I would like to do is combine these details in one field and then use the standard CTRL & C function to copy these details to the clipboard.

NOTE: The above fields must remain in this format.

When I try to Trim and say [Add1] & [Add2] it puts it on one line.

Has anyone any other suggestions?

Regards

Here is how I do it with my personal address book .

I have a text box "tbAddressCopy" that grabs all of the fields...

=[FirstNames] & " " & [LastName] & Chr(13) & [Address] & Chr(13) & [City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zip]

Then I use a command button to copy the value in tbAddressCopy to the clip board...

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy

Then the data is in the Clipboard waiting to be pasted.

Looking like this because of the Chr(13) &

John Doe
123 Main Street
Somewhere, USA 12345
