In my database a user creates a monthly report. The report has about 14 sections, all being controlled by various tables, forms and sub-reports. At the beginning of the process, the user chooses the report month (MAY09, JUN09, etc), and fills in the data in each section as required.
Some sections do not change signficiantly from month to month. For example, each report must be approved by various managers. This may change, but often doesn't.
Is it possible to set a command button that says "Do you wish to copy last month's data to this month? Yes/No", If yes is chosen then the records for the last report are copied (and the report ID is updated to this month).
