Create a Select Query that collects all the data you require and then turn same into an Append Query to transfer the Data to the new table.
If you have difficulty, post the best attempt sql and you may get some assistance to resolve the query issue.
Have a good backup copy of tables.
You may need to use a combination of Select and delet queries to transfer all data.
Say you identify some data you don't want transferred then Delete same and this may make the process easier.
