Copying a sheet from one Excel file to another using VBA (1 Viewer)

I am currently building a process in Access that creates a report in Excel consisting of multiple tabs of data. The building of this Excel file is not a problem for me.

Here's the issue I'm having...

There is a sheet in another Excel file that is created by someone else that I need to use in my Excel file. I can identify that file via VBA, no problem. How do I copy the contents of a sheet in an Excel file to a sheet in my newly created Excel file using VBA in Access? Additionally, the sheet that I want to copy from contains forumlas and I just want the values.

Can anyone help me out on this?
