corruption

I have a small database that has about half a dozen people connected to it at any given time. In the last couple of days it's been getting corrupted at least 3-4 times a day. I can't figure out why.

Can anyone give me some tips on certain things I should look for that might be causing this?

One of the favourites for corruption is not exiting and closing the DB cleanly. e.g. using the X in the top right hand corner. Just a thought.

And another thing to be checking on. If any particular user's network connection goes down while they are connected to the database, no matter how briefly (even if it is not long enough to be noticeable) you may experience the same problem.
