Count between dates with a 5 day week

I have a report with a start date and a complete date and I want to count the number of days between the two dates but I also do not want the weekend dates in the calculation. I am not sure on how to do this. Can anybody help me?

Weekend Formula....

1. Do a search for "count weekend"
2. You will find some neat suggesion and help.
3. you can then put [date1]+[date2]-[weekend]
