Counter on form (1 Viewer)

Dear all,

I have a change control form which is a cild form to a project ID. What I need to do is record the number of the change form for each project ID,

e.g. There may be 10 changes raised against project01 so I want numbers 1 to 10 to appear on the associated change form.

or

There may be 5 changes raised against project01 so I want numbers 1 to 5 to appear on the associated change form.

something like a count of all changes and the number change itself
