Counting data frequency against dates for bargraph

I have a table (tblCrimes) holding about 30 crimes. One person can commit one or more of these crimes; i therefore link them through a subform on the frmPerson form with a combobox.

So, the situation is the "Date of Crime" data is in one table and "Crimes" in another table. How can i march Crimes against dates to plot a bargraph on a form?

You have three objects to worry about here...
1) Person
2) Law
3) Crime - a specific instance of a breach of law by a person

This is a many-to-many relationship which is minimally a three table solution as follows...
tPerson
PersonID (PK)
FirstName
LastName

tLaw
LawID (PK)
ActName
Article
LawName

tCrime
CrimeID (PK)
PersonID (FK)
LawID (FK)
CaseNumber
CrimeDate

Note how the tCrime table contains the Person/Law/Date combination of data that will make any statistical inquiry quite simple.
