Counting minutes on a report summary

Hi everyone,

I am working on a college project where I need to make a Fault Managment system for a colleges IT department.

I have been told that the monthly reports must have a summary at the end showing how many records are on each report and then a total time of all the jobs (each record has a field named serTimeTaken which show the amount of minutes a job has taken to complete).

How am I do implement this onto my report?
 
Kinda guessing the situation but this works for me with short time not sure what format your using on this field. =Sum([serTimeTaken]) in the control source of a text box on the report.
