Counting Unique Values Across a Report

I have a report that looks like this. There are columns for an ID and 52 weeks:

ID..Week1..Week2..Week3..Week4..Week5..Week6..Week7...Week52
1...45C......45C............................38.......38........38...
2..............22B.................21........21..................28A...
3...94B......94B.......94B...........................88...
4...............................................77C...

I want to count across the number of unique values. So for ID1 the count would be 2, ID2 would be 3, and ID3 would be 2, and ID4 would be 1. Can someone please help me find a way to count across.
